At The Elegance, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure you receive the best.

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged or incorrect products.

• A full unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

• The unboxing video must be sent to our official WhatsApp number within 24 hours of delivery.

• The video should clearly show the parcel being opened without pause or cuts.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• No return/exchange for size issues or change of mind.

Once approved, replacement/refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
